Producer : Domaine Eric Forest
Eric is a young vigneron, based in the village of Vergisson, and currently has 4.8 hectares of vines planted between 1930 and 1979. He has inherited a great knowledge of nature and biodynamics from his grandfather and this has been a major influence in this approach to viticulture and winemaking.
The grapes for Les Crays are grown on limestone soils on a south facing hill with excellent exposure and protection from the winds. The wines are intensely perfumed and mineral with a lovely mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
