Domaine de la Bégude is a picturesque estate in Provence’s acclaimed Bandol region with original plantings dating back to the 18th Century. Respect of the environment is the core value of Domaine de la Bégude they take a low intervention approach from vine to bottle, are certified organic, and use many biodynamic practices as well. The 2013 Bandol Rouge is beginnig to show some lovely aged characteristics of dried fruits and leather, alongside its typical ripe fruit and herbal qualities.
This blend of 90% Mourvèdre and 10% Grenache is fantastic to drink now or keep for another couple of years.
